In this study, the projects of Turk Telecom Konya Manager Service Building that has great importance for Konya City were examined to determine its Earthquake Safety. Checking the corresponding properness between the projects and in-situ applications, the in-situ strength values were investigated whether they were satisfying the project values or not. The required static and reinforced concrete solutions were performed by the computer programs of SAP 2000 v7.4 and IDE Static IDS 3rd version that their properness and safety were compared with the existing condition by considering the Codes and Requirements that were in force in 2003, the research date. At the end of all these investigations, the strength of the mentioned communication building against a probable earthquake was compared with the obtained results.
