GENOMICS-JOURNALSEEK

CAB ABSTRACTS

“The most comprehensive database of its kind, CAB Abstracts gives researchers instant access to over 8.1 million records from 1973 onwards, with over 360,000 abstracts added each year. Its coverage of the applied life sciences includes agriculture, environment, veterinary sciences, applied economics, food science and nutrition.”

SCOPUS

Open Access Journals

“Out of the 21,500+ active journals indexed in Scopus, more than 4,200 are listed as open access (OA). In Scopus, journals are identified as OA if they are registered with either the Directory of Open Access Journals or theDirectory of Open Access Scholarly Resources”

EMBASE

“Over 8,500 journals are currently indexed in Embase, and each year several hundred additional journals of potential interest are screened by an editorial committee entrusted with the review and quality assessment of biomedical publications for Embase.”
Scope and Subject Coverage

Language Requirements

“Journals in all languages may be covered, but for journals with articles in languages other than English, English abstracts should generally be present. The appearance and quality of the English abstract contributes to the overall assessment. If the article language is in a non-Roman script, English language titles must be provided.”

J-Gate Social & Management Sciences (JSMS)

It offers bibliographic information services to scholarly and technical electronic journal literature. J-Gate Social & Management Sciences (JSMS) is a subset of J-Gate and indexes e-journals in the fields of Business, Economy & Management, Law, Library Sciences and Social Sciences. EBSCO INFORMATION SERVICES

DOAJ is an online directory that indexes and provides access to high quality, open access, peer-reviewed journals. The Directory of Open Access Journals was launched in 2003 at Lund University, Sweden, with 300 open access journals and today contains more than 10000 open access journals covering all areas of science, technology, medicine, social science and humanities.
