ABSTRACT:
Our country, that is in the stage of accordance to EU, like some different issues, has some deficiencies of applicating of land consolidation from plans of land consolidations carried out in Turkey, it is understood that onlyscattered properties were unified and with this way water were distributed to these properties. Unfortunately infrastructure’s Works and social and cultural works are not in the label of wanted. One of the greatest reason of this is that it is not allocated sufficient allotment for land consolidation projects.
In this research, the results of the survey were examined, and the breakdowns of the analysis were investigated. And results were discussed. What the results were which aspect was revealed thanks to these studies. In this study beside the benefits of the land consolidation, the troubles that were confronted while these Project were carried out, were also investigated. Investigated projects are; 1‐Burdur Province’s Kozluca town 2‐Isparta Province’s Bozanönü village 3‐ Konya‐Güneysınır –Alanözü town.
