ABSTRACT:

In this study, zinc oxide nanoparticles were produced for the first time by chemical precipitation from Adibic Acid family zinc acetate reaction. The material obtained by Zinc Acetate and Adibic Acid reaction was calcined at different temperatures to obtain ZnO nanoparticles with crystal sizes ranging from 20-40 nm. XRD, SEM, FT-IR methods were used to examine the effect of calcination temperature on the structures of the produced materials. FT-IR spectra have proven that the material produced is ZnO. It was determined that ZnO nanoparticles synthesized from XRD results had hexagonal structure and growth in crystal structure with increasing calcination temperature. SEM photos were examined and it was seen that calcination temperature changed the morphological structure.
