In this study, the optimal construction design of the superstructure of 8×8 mobile crane with 100 tones of capacity, with the numerical calculations and system’s finite elements method the statical and dynamical analyses have been done. Developed within the context of the TÜBİTAK Project this crane, has got mono hydraulic extention cylinder driven telescobic booms. The production of crane systems which have become the requirement in too many fields from the construction sector to ports, from wind turbines to the transportation within the heavy weight tonnages, is being carried out particularly by the European companies. By taking the operation conditions and capacity of the crane to be produced within the structure of the thesis study, into consideration, the optimum design model has been established in the computer environement and againg the analysis studies realised in the computer environment have been examined. Basing on the analysis consequences the steps foreseen to be requiring the betterment in the design, will be applied on the model planned to be developed after the prototype production. By the studies realized within the context of the thesis, by taking the macro and thickness written in the analysis environment, material yield strength and security parameter values into consideration the strain optimisation is automised, and made appropriate for all the product sorts.
