ABSTRACT:

Survey were conducted during September, 2003 February, 2004 of Sindh and Punjab provinces of Pakistan from cultivated land of fruits, vegetable and cash crops for the study of entomopathogenic nematodes (EPN). A total of 603 samples were collected in which 16 (2.5 %) showed positive results for Entomopahtogenic nematodes. Of these 12 (75 %) isolates belonged to the genus Steinernema and 4 (25 %) isolates were from the genus Heterohabditis.
